When we send a product, it’s personal.

Delivery Policy

 

1. Delivery will be made by our couriers to the address supplied by you and we will email you a delivery date once your order is ready for dispatch. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of standard furniture orders and 3-4 weeks for soft furnishings to UK addresses unless stated otherwise. We are a small business who handmade everything for each order, if we can get your product to you sooner we will endeavour to do so.

2. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated time, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders containing multiple products may be delivered separately and we will email you with any changes or updates to the dispatch and delivery times.

3. Any changes made to your order after the purchase date may have an impact on your delivery date. We may therefore be unable to deliver your goods on your original confirmed delivery date. Should a change occur and if applicable, a new delivery date will be given in writing.

4. If you are unable, for whatever reason, to take delivery of your order on the confirmed delivery date, we reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent deliveries and will not be liable for any damage that occurs to any product(s) not directly handed to the customer at the time of delivery.

 

5. Our couriers have a duty to deliver goods to the door of the address given to us at the time of order. Any handling thereafter is the responsibility of the customer.

6. If we are unable to deliver the goods due to there being no safe means of access to the place of delivery we reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent deliveries.

7. If we accidentally damage or lose goods in the course of delivery our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the goods or the value thereof.

8. All delivery times are estimates only and may be changed by us to ensure that the products meet our high-quality standards, which we will confirm in writing.

9. If there is an issue with your delivery or you need to start a return with us due to any damage caused to your product(s) at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 days including images/video and a full description of the damage. Please ensure the product(s) are re-packaged using the original packaging and in the same condition they are received. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

We hope you receive your product in the beautiful condition we post it in but sometimes mistakes are out of our control.
