When you order with us, its personal... everything is handmade for your individual order so we need time to create it beautifully for you.

Lead time 6-8 weeks. Please note these are estimations due to the nature of our handmade work, sometimes we can reduce this if requested.

If we incur any delays outside of our control we will endeavour to let you know as soon as is reasonably possible.

If you have a specific timescale you would like to discuss please contact us before ordering.

For large orders, please contact us for a group delivery rate.

All of our products are made to order. 

That means we need to package, cut the wood, forge the metal and upholster by hand using our in house team & UK based suppliers.

Due to our handmade processes, this can sometimes lead to slight variations in each product. 

If ordered as part of a set we will endeavor to achieve the best possible match across your whole order to the best of our ability.
